Our home sits on a quiet residential street in the heart of South Beach side of Jacksonville Beach. It is a single-story, detached, one of the original homes on the street with charming details throughout. Upon entering the home you will be greeted in our spacious entryway leading into our great room which has a nice open & airy flow with brand new skylights above. From the spacious living room with 75" Smart tv to the open concept kitchen with breakfast bar & sunny dining room, you will feel right at home and be ready to fire up all activities. Our clean & beautifully renovated kitchen, bathrooms, and rec/laundry room stand by for your utmost convinience and pleasure. Three bedrooms are nicely proportioned, each with bed(s), nightstands, nightlamps, a dresser, a closet. Master bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower & a window. It has a queen bedroom set and a French door connecting out to the backyard with pool. Second bedroom has a queen bedroom set and its windows face East & South. Third bedroom has two twin beds, and there are a crib, a pack ‘n play, and a stroller ready for action if needed. Across the hallway there is our renovated second bathroom with a glass door walk-in shower. Two patio doors from the dining area open out onto our backyard outfitted with outdoor shower, cooking, dining & entertaining spaces. At the back of the house you will find an inground heated saltwater pool with ample seatings and loungers around it. The pool has safety gate so you will feel at ease with your little ones. This is our serene backyard oasis since it is fully fenced and surrounded by greenery and all the accoutrements. Plus, our neighboring properties are not towering over you, so this gives a fantastic sky perspective during the day & night.

*Please keep quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am. *Please remove shoes when entering the home. *Please do not flush "flushable wipes" into the toilets, as well as any items other than toilet paper. *Please bag your garbage when checking out. *Turn off all the lights & TV when checking out. *Unless in use, lock french doors and front doors at all times.

South Beach part of Jacksonville Beach is a bustling yet scaled up residential neighborhood near the beaches where you will find all the lifestyle options and conviniences. Along 3rd Street you can find pretty much anything you will need for any amounts of stay in the area. From our house, CVS and Whole Foods are right around the corner, Huguenot Beach & Park a stone's throw away, and so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby along 3rd St. Sports are all around you. This area features some of the best golf courses, tennis courts, skateboarding, and surfing. This is our family’s sanctuary home and we want you to feel the same abundance of options and joy during your stay, in and around the neighborhood.

Getting around from our home is extremely easy with the immediate access to a few of the parkways for the surrounding neighborhoods and the beaches as well as one of the major highways connecting throughout the entire Jacksonville Metro. It takes 5 minutes to Beach Blvd and 5 minutes to 202 (JTB Blvd) highway therefore 5 minutes to Ponte Vedra, 10 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 20 minutes to Downton Jacksonville. Within an hour you can be in St. Augustine. Uber, Lyft, and numerous car services are available anywhere you are in Jacksonville.
