The weather was cold and rainy so we were so glad that we had a heated pool and a great place to stay since we couldn't take advantage of the beach. Great place!

Casa Rosa is a beautiful, very clean, well maintained ARBNB. The backyard is amazing as well. We were able to walk to everything, the Ave as well as the beach etc. Also the Freebee (free transportation around Delray) came to the ARBNB. There was a crib, high chair and pack and play for kids and they were in great condition and very clean. The Airbnb was stocked with many great extras, including shampoos, conditioners, lotions, soaps, and dishwashing detergent, coffee pods, etc. I have not found that to be typical when renting an ARBNB. I would have to say one of the best things about Casa Rosa was the attentiveness of the host Ralph. He was amazing and always available and went above and beyond during our 3 week stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great experience with Ralph! We live just around the corner and had to unexpectedly leave due to plumbing issues—Ralph went out of his way to accommodate our last minute booking request. He hadn’t had a chance to stock some of the amenities yet (like I mentioned, we contacted him super last minute), so he met us at the Airbnb with a Target haul of toiletries, coffee, etc. to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fantastic hospitality! Ralph was extremely kind and responsive. The rooms are super cute as well. We really appreciated the clean dishwasher and washer/dryer! Thanks again Ralph!

I don’t usually write reviews but we were in Jacksonville for our spring break week and this was an amazing property!! First of all, Ralph was great at reaching out and making sure we were well taken care of. Next, the house and pool were so cute! It was well equipped with mostly everything you could need/want. They also left so many extra touches like wine, snacks, kids books and a sticker book, and a few seltzers. Very thoughtful.

We had a great week, really got to relax. The heated pool was very helpful as the outdoor temperatures were pretty low. Plenty of room and our dogs really enjoyed the outside space. Great communication from Ralph. We would stay here again.

Great spot to stay in Delray Beach. It's in a normal, mellow neighborhood, set apart a bit from the really high-end craziness which exists in parts of this town. Backyard is great, drive to beach is super-easy, farm store is right around corner, Publix is right around corner, a great Turkish food truck is right around the corner! The house is clean, easy in, easy out. As mentioned, the train passes through, but it's no big deal, kind of cool actually to have it pass by every now and then. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay at Casa Rosa. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location - about a 20 minute walk to Atlantic Ave and walkable to the beach. Ralph was very responsive throughout our stay and helpful with recommendations. Highly recommended!

Ralph is very accommodating! The location is fantastic for Delray Beach. Close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The apartment was clean and well kept! Smooth check in. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth what I paid. I would recommend if you are visiting the area.

Great cozy home a few blocks from the beach. They were super helpful with everything. Only thing was the shower head in one of the bathrooms was very low water pressure so we usually used the other one. And the tv/remote connection was a little slow. And bulbs missing in upper lights that made it a little dark inside, we tried to replace them but it needs special bulbs. We appreciated all the kids books and toys too
