This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Pineapple Grove close to Downtown Delray Beach. It is a duplex property, and you are privately staying in the larger front unit with a private entry and a large, fenced backyard. The entire unit is comprised of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open concept living & dining plus kitchen, French doors to the back patio off of kitchen as well as off of the second bedroom which has an en-suite full bath with a tub. In the hallway, there is a beautifully remodeled full bath with a rain shower system. Right across the hallway is a massive primary bedroom with a queen bed & a twin + trundle bed perfect for the whole nuclear family. The entire home is equipped with ample dressers and closets, beach towels, outdoor furniture, games, fully stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine + capsules.

*Please keep quiet hours: 10 pm to 7 am. *Please remove shoes when entering the home. *Please do not flush "flushable wipes" into the toilets, as well as any items other than toilet paper. *Please bag your garbage when checking out. *Turn off all the lights & TV when checking out. *Unless in use, lock french doors and front doors at all times.

There is a Class II railroad nearby called Florida East Coast Railway which was built in the 19th Century by Henry Flagler. It is operational to this day and you may hear the trains a few times a day.

Our home is quite close to Downtown Delray Beach which is 20 min on foot and less than 5 min by car. You will find all of the convenience and the lifestyle on and around Atlantic Ave. From there it's only a few minutes to the beach. Walking distance to Publix, and Whole Foods is around the corner by car from the house! 22 min to PBI airport. App-based car rides everywhere. With seasonality, you will find street parking as well as garage parking easily around the city. Our home sits on a quite street with front lawn parking and street parking.
