This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Pineapple Grove close to Downtown Delray Beach. It is a duplex property, and you are privately staying in the left-side unit with a private entry where there is a paved private backyard with parking spaces and landscaping throughout. This neat apartment unit is comprised of one bedroom, one bathroom, and a bright large open concept living & dining room with fully stocked kitchen. The entire apartment is equipped with a king bed, a standing shower, a sofa bed, ample shelves & seatings, beach towels, yoga mats, shuffleboard games, complimentary filtered water and coffee.

There is a Class II railroad nearby called Florida East Coast Railway which was built in the 19th Century by Henry Flagler. It is operational to this day and you may hear the trains a few times a day.
